Type: Polished green stone (porphyry).

Site: Raisio, Ihala, Mulli abode.

Period: Viking Age /Crusade Age / Early Middle Ages.

Dating: 980-1220 A.D.

Photographer: Antti Huittinen.

This item is made of a type of stone not normally found in Finland. One possibility is that is a fragment of a Christian "travelling altar".
