This is the site & blog for the ASEF 06 ArtCamp in Helsinki.
The Art Camp gathered Asian and European students working with the theme “Hearing Helsinki” and was going on between 13th to 19th of June 2006.
The category Mobile Podcast are sounds recorded by the students using mobile phones to record and publish the sounds directly to the site.

ASEF Art Camp which has been orginezed yearly since 2003 is a meeting point for Asian and European students of art, media and design.
Art Camp offers a possibility for networking and exchange of ideas in a multicultural environment.
The Fourth Art Camp, hosted by Medialab / UIAH –TAIK is concentrating on sound under the title ” Hearing Helsinki”
