City In The Box
Helsinki 2003
City In The Box is an experimental way of storing, representing and
sharing experiences of
the city of Helsinki, using virtual reality technology, to create a
navigable multimedia gallery space.
To get the box running, you should have a VRML-plugin. If you donīt,
download Cortona
browser, which we have used when
developing the box.
As the whole version of the box is very heavy, you can try if the
lighter version
would run better. In this version, the videos and most of the sounds have
been removed.
