Mobile Hub devices lending:

Through the Mobile Hub the Media Lab offers mobile devices to be lended for the purposes of study, research, and content production projects in the Media Lab. These resources are also available to other UIAH departments' students and staff, through taking part in, or forming "mobile tech" related activities at the Media Lab.

Making a lending request:

and to make a lending request, by sending e-mail to:

The lending request e-mail should include:
1. A short description of your planned project (a few words, but anyway
   somewhat precise, justifying the need)
2. What devices you want to lend (see table of devices below)
3. The time frame you want to lend the devices for

You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating whether the lending is possible
or not. If the lending is possible you need to agree by e-mail on a time
when to pick up the devices. The location where to pick them up is:
Room 333, 3rd floor of the Meda Lab.

Lending possibilities:

- Short term lending ( 1 day up to 1 week)
- Long term lending ( more than 1 week, up to some months):
    One must have a relevant project where the device(s) is needed all the time.
- Special occasions (workshops, conference, special tests occasion...):
    If a bigger amount of phones is needed a reservation shall be made as
    much as possible in advance.
